Participant Declaration

By registering for this event, participants acknowledge that they take part at their own risk.

Whilst the organisers will take reasonable steps to provide a safe and enjoyable event, they accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to persons, property or animals arising from participation.

Parents, guardians or responsible adults remain fully responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of children in their care throughout the event.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead and under control at all times.

Owners are responsible for their dog's behaviour and must clean up after their dog.

Participants agree to follow any instructions given by event marshals or organisers.

The organisers reserve the right to amend or cancel the event if required for safety reasons, severe weather or circumstances beyond their control.

By registering, participants confirm that they are fit and able to take part in the event and consent to any photographs or videos taken during the event being used by the organisers for promotional purposes.

 

Travel

Please use public transport and lift share where feasible.

Brighouse train station is a 14-minute walk to the park. Brighouse bus station is a 6-minute walk to the park.

There is no specific event parking. Please park responsibly.
